And what is isomaltulose?

Isomaltulose is an isomer of sucrose, more slowly digestible and widely used by athletes and diabetics.

Isomaltulose molasses contains a high level of sugars, is low in ashes and highly palatable. Its inclusion diversifies the composition of sugars in the final product, making it more effective.
